The new salary criteria are:

Knowledge migrants from age 30 and older € 51.239,-
Knowledge migrants younger than 30 years € 37.575,- 
Graduates in the Netherlands and Highly Educated € 26.931,-

If the application for the provisional residence permit has been filed before January 1st 2012, the salary criteria of 2011 are still applicable even though the application for the residence permit will be filed after January 1st 2012.
